Chuck Durham, Founder & President

Fearless leader pushing technology past the bleeding edge and stretching what's possible to its limits.
Chuck Durham leads, guides, and motivates the Seisan team to push themselves outside of their comfort zones. His underlying understanding and expertise of people and technology allows him to get the most out of Seisan’s team to provide the very best for our clients. Over the course of his career, Chuck has been at the forefront of implementing cutting edge technologies for enterprise solutions. From early intranet solutions to internet connected devices (pre-term Internet of Things) Chuck has pushed himself and the team to think outside of the box to solve challenging business problems.
Chuck and his wife live in Lititz, PA. He has an active role in the local tech community speaking and demonstrating technology in Robotics, UAV/Drones, along with Augmented and Virtual Reality. Chuck enjoys tinkering with new consumer electronics, robots, and drones and is powered by coffee helping to keep our local Starbucks locations operating.
Curt Tomlinson, Founder & CEO

Curt co-founded his first company, Global InterNet Associates, with Chuck Durham out of his basement in 1994. It was acquired by Lucent Technologies in 1999. In 2001, Curt and Chuck created Seisan consulting. Curt grew up in Lancaster, PA, where he attended J. P. McCaskey High School and is an alumnus of Millersville University. Curt worked for Tandy Corporation, IBM, and Meridian Bank prior to starting Global InterNet Associates. Curt currently devotes all of his time to TomTom Properties and TTP Equities.
Curt loves the outdoors and travel, spending his free time under a tent, on a train or in a hostel. Curt is a dedicated family man; he has three grown children and is happily married to Ronda.
Emma Montgomery, Technical Project Manager

Technical leader and project manager devoted to delivering optimal user experience
After graduating from Millersville University, Emma immediately began a career with Seisan. Since then, she has become professionally certified as a Scrum Master (PSM I) and technical communicator (CPTC). Her degree, certifications, and attention-to-detail have contributed vastly to her role at Seisan. Organizing teams/resources, analyzing business processes, managing projects, developing, and onboarding new members are just a few of her responsibilities.
In her free time, Emma volunteers at a local animal shelter and with the Central PA Open Sourced Conference (CPOSC). She enjoys hiking, spending time with her boyfriend and fur-children at their home in Mountville, and turning her office/living spaces into personal greenhouses.
Eric Etkin, Vice President
Operational leader and project manager that seeks out efficiency for our company and our clients.
Eric joined Seisan in 2003 after several years as a Software Engineer with firms such as Deloitte, DISC, Expanets and Susquehanna Bank. In his current role as Vice President of Seisan, Eric’s primary responsibility is managing teams of talented people to help drive success in delivering web, mobile and related technical solutions to an impressive array of clients. These clients include firms such Intel, Papa Johns, Weight Watchers and Ernst & Young.
Eric earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Science from Lock Haven University and is an Amazon AWS Certified Business Professional.
John Turns, Vice President, Strategy
Vice President, Strategy
A servant leader dedicated to helping people and organizations realize their potential and overcome business challenges through technology.
John brings business management expertise to Seisan and translates our technical prowess and capabilities into value statements for our clients. He manages all aspects of our go-to market strategy, along with our sales and marketing life cycles. John spent the early part of his career supporting the Department of Defense and the Department of Homeland Security in the Washington DC metro area.
He grew up in Central Pennsylvania and is a Susquehanna University graduate. He lives in the Lancaster community with his family and is a cold brew enthusiast, Tampa Bay Buccaneers fan, and avid Dave Matthews Band concert-goer.
Mike Wilkinson, Creative Director
Creative expert responsible for creation, management, and execution of emotionally-resonant creative and developing strong client relationships.
After graduating from the Rochester Institute of Technology, Mike began his career in Boston and has since held positions at several technology-based startups, as well as Fortune 500 companies, such as Oracle and Intel. His background covers multiple disciplines including design, packaging, corporate identity, advertising, interactive, mobile, web, experiential and e-commerce.
Mike is from Latrobe (Lay-Trobe), Pennsylvania, enjoys golfing, and lives in downtown Lancaster with his wife Amanda and their Chiweenie brothers, Salty and Vinny. You can’t say Chiweenie without smiling.
Steve Walter, Vice President, Client Services

A resourceful, technical project manager skilled in managing large teams across multiple projects ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.
Organized and detail oriented, he holds a senior role in establishing strong relationships with significant clients to include direct engagement, relationship building and expertise in coordinating blended teams including internal resources and client resources to project completion. Steve works with clients to ensure optimal strategic plan performance, risk and change management throughout the project process.
Analogous to Seisan, Steve grew up in Lancaster Pennsylvania and resides there with his family. Steve has a deep passion for NASA and all things space-related, LEGO, and the Philadelphia Union.
Tim Dennis, CTO
Technical leader committed to creating the most efficient technical solutions for our customers
Tim brings over twenty years of experience in custom development solutions across a broad spectrum of technologies. Tim evaluates new technologies for our developers to implement as well as mentors them as they stretch their capabilities. Tim handles all levels of development from custom solutions, integrations and improvement. Located in Lancaster PA, Tim has built relationships with the local tech community, and volunteers as a leader of the Central Pennsylvania Open Source Conference.
